A visit from Emma

I have a dear BFF who has the cutiest little girl named Emma. When Tammy called to ask if we will babysit her we immediately say YES, because she is so much fun and easy to babysit. Alexander and Emma are really cute together, as they treat one another like big brother/little sister. Alexander for the most part watches over Emma and Emma follows Alexander around and does whatever he is doing. Zac always says if we have a little girl, I want her to be just like Emma.
Here are a few pictures we took recently when we were babysitting...you can see they are good friends!

This is the cutiest picture of the two of them

Alexander was taking his bath and Emma thought she needed to get in too. So...me being me...I said "sure...why not"

Emma is quite the character just like her mother, so she has that orange cup in her hand and Emma immediately knew what to do with it by throwing water on Alexander and giggling so hard.

Just having a good time.

Two little buddies!

Alexander always needs to show a funny face.

You can see they had a good time.

A few songs from Alexander

I am playing catch up but these pictures have to be posted. I wish we could have caught Alexander singing his songs, as it was way to cute. Of course, his Daddy was PROUD to see his son take to music.

First day of Kindergarden for Alexander

It was Alexander's first day of Kindergarden and I don't who was more excited me or Alexander. Daddy said he was just nervous. :) I had to go to work so I gave Zac strick instructions to take lots of photos...so enjoy the play by play of the morning....

Breakfast of champions, Peanutbutter Captain Crunch

I told Zac it was tradition in my family that you take a picture all ready to go to school...look how cute he is!

Showing off his new lunch box (bag) :)

Is that not the best smile...so funny...I love him!

Front of the school with all the other students waiting to get in the gate.

Walking towards the play ground

first time on the school slide

Alexander and Abby (she goes to church with us)

Alexander and Brady best little buddies. They are not allowed to sit together in Primary, so I think our teacher Mrs. Gregson is in for it this year with them in the same class.
WE ARE SUCH PROUD PARENTS...don't worry we will have this many pictures at his graduation too! :)

We have a SUPERHERO in our family

Alexander is always going, and this is just one example. He needed to be a SUPERHERO this morning and so here he is...our SUPERHERO.

Zac talked Alexander into being "PLUMBER BOY" (he, of course, did not know that wasn't the best name.) He came back later and said..."no, I don't like that name".

"PLUMBER BOY"

Not the best picture of me, but every SUPERHERO needs his mother to help dress him.

SWIMMING LESSONS BEGINS

We have been wanting to put Alexander in swimming class for some time. He is already quite the fish and he LOVES his class. It's a smaller class with only three students, but I think that is better anyways. After class I went up to his teacher, Richardo, and asked him how Alexander did. His teacher said, "Great!...huh...he likes to be the center of attention doesn't he." I laughed and said, "yeah, you can say". :)

Ready to get in the water

Arizona Cousins

My brother and his wife came to have a sleep over with us as they had to get up early and go to the airport in the morning. These were such cute photos, I had to post.
These cute fireman hats went a long way. I love how Isabella is looking at Alexander.

have you ever seen such beautiful kids!
