Some...Wedding Pictures

Here are some Wedding pictures from the AZ reception

For those of you that like the photos you can order them online. If you have questions let me know.

A very kind friend, Sara Javie, took the pictures here in AZ and as you can see she did an amazing job.

Being Thankful

I saw some of my cute friends doing this last year and I thought I need to do that...and here it is in the middle of November and I haven't taken the time to do this...so here it goes.

I want to say how Thankful I am for something, maybe not every day but at least once a week until Thankgiving, so here it goes.

I am thankful to be married to a man that I love and makes me feel happy.
I am thankful that I have a very cute four year old that loves me and calls me Mom, Mommy, Mommy JJ, and JJ.
I am thankful for good parents that have showed me by example how to be the best person I can be, I pray that I am as good as they are.
I am thankful for "new" parents, my in-laws are wonderful and I am so grateful to call them Mom and Dad too!
I am thankful for my sisters and brothers and their families as I feel so much love and support from them, and I could not be any more blessed.
I am thankful for my nieces and nephews that bring me so much joy while I watch them grow up, they help me want to be a better Mom to Alexander.
I am thankful for my many many years of being single because it allowed me to find and have some of the best friends I could ever image having. Every one of my friends has had such an effect on my life for the good.
I am thankful for a home that is not only full with stuff, but full of love and laugher...and a few timeouts but that is just part of the fun.
I am thankful for Aunts, Uncles, and cousins because they also help made me who I am today and I feel like so many of them are my best friend and family at the same time.
I am thankful for a Heavenly Father who contiues to help me grow in so many ways and answers so many of my prayers!
I am thankful for colder weather...I know that most of you don't think 70 is cold but to us, it's colder and that makes me happy.
I am thankful for the gospel of Jesus Christ as I have seen miracles with it and I have seen it truely convert a person that I love who was always a great man but is even better with the light of Christ in him. I am grateful for the gospel in so many ways as it has helped me live a life that makes me proud and know that I am always striving to be better.

These are just a few of my "Thankful" thoughts...until next week.

Out of touch..

Okay...no one is going to follow a blog if you don't keep up with it.
Sad news...can't find the cord that allows me to download my camera pictures to my laptop...
So...I have no pictures to show of Halloween...then again I still have no wedding pictures so I can't show them off either. bummer.

However, we did receive news that the wedding pictures are on their way. Happy about that!

A few thoughts here...
-1st I am losing my mind..honestly I will remember something for a whole week. I will get up and remember that I have an appt. at 11 am and then I will completely forget the appt. when 11 am comes around. I have heard about losing your mind when you have a baby, but losing your mind when you become a wife and mother to a four year old...it just sounds silly.
-Friends...amazing friends...I love you all..you make my life better.
-Family...good family makes everything worth it...I love my family ALL of YOU!
-Alexander he lights up my world...and when he is gone for a day I feel a little lost without him. Crystal came to pick him up early on Friday for his weekend with her and I had all of Friday to myself. It was a little weird as you realize that you can run around and get things done a lot faster but it sure it a lot more fun when you have a silly little 4 year old giving you something to laugh at.
-Energy...I need energy...I need to get my butt back to the gym!
-Planning a weekly food menu, it really does help me stay organized and keeps me from spending money.
-Play room - growing up we had a room just full of toys. I remember we would all have to go into this toy room and clean it up. Most of the time we just put things in any old container and make sure the floor was clean. Sometimes my Mom would make us do a deeper clean and put things where they really needed to be. I am grateful that my Mom taught me this, as I sat in Alexander's room with him on Friday mornning and watched him clean up, then decided it was time for a deeper clean. There is pride in seeing a project done right! I am so proud of Alexander and me...as we really did do a good job! :)
-Wants and desires in life....lately I have had to do a bit of waiting...and that is hard for me. More recently I have been waiting for a job to come through for me. I pray that I will really get this job as it would be a GREAT opportunity...the only problem is that this job takes a lot of waiting. So I wait and pray...that things will continue to move along...and that all will prevail.
-Renters...it's something all new for us. I think I rather sale. :)

Just a few thoughts...
