Being Thankful

I saw some of my cute friends doing this last year and I thought I need to do that...and here it is in the middle of November and I haven't taken the time to do this...so here it goes.

I want to say how Thankful I am for something, maybe not every day but at least once a week until Thankgiving, so here it goes.

I am thankful to be married to a man that I love and makes me feel happy.
I am thankful that I have a very cute four year old that loves me and calls me Mom, Mommy, Mommy JJ, and JJ.
I am thankful for good parents that have showed me by example how to be the best person I can be, I pray that I am as good as they are.
I am thankful for "new" parents, my in-laws are wonderful and I am so grateful to call them Mom and Dad too!
I am thankful for my sisters and brothers and their families as I feel so much love and support from them, and I could not be any more blessed.
I am thankful for my nieces and nephews that bring me so much joy while I watch them grow up, they help me want to be a better Mom to Alexander.
I am thankful for my many many years of being single because it allowed me to find and have some of the best friends I could ever image having. Every one of my friends has had such an effect on my life for the good.
I am thankful for a home that is not only full with stuff, but full of love and laugher...and a few timeouts but that is just part of the fun.
I am thankful for Aunts, Uncles, and cousins because they also help made me who I am today and I feel like so many of them are my best friend and family at the same time.
I am thankful for a Heavenly Father who contiues to help me grow in so many ways and answers so many of my prayers!
I am thankful for colder weather...I know that most of you don't think 70 is cold but to us, it's colder and that makes me happy.
I am thankful for the gospel of Jesus Christ as I have seen miracles with it and I have seen it truely convert a person that I love who was always a great man but is even better with the light of Christ in him. I am grateful for the gospel in so many ways as it has helped me live a life that makes me proud and know that I am always striving to be better.

These are just a few of my "Thankful" thoughts...until next week.
