Today Zac had a custody court case to gain sole custody of our little one "Alexander". We have been really struggling to make this happen as we both feel so strongly about this.
I am happy to report that many fasts and prayers have been answered as Crystal (Alexander's Mom) went to court and told the Judge she was just their to grant Zac sole custody if we would drop the child support (which she never paid before). We know she still can go back on her word, but we pray that with the Judge and Zac's attorney as witnesses this will be over with and all the paper work will be signed and we can be a happy family. :)
I can't tell you how grateful we are for all of those that have been such a huge support to us during all this stuff.

Oh my gosh!!! This is the best news ever. I am sooooo glad. I know the whole thing was so stressful. When do you get back from your trip? I need to come by some day after work to say hi. Missing you.
That is SO GREAT!!! Also, congratulations on the official wedding date. I can't wait! We have man power here when you need our help for any set up, etc., etc., etc!
That is so great! There is nothing so wonderful as feeling like you are officially a family. We finalize Forest's adoption in 1 month, and I can't wait to know that he is ours officially.
