My smart, husband! He's an A student!

My wonderful husband went back to school, and he had to take two classes for summer semester for official acceptance into ASU. It wasn't easy as he had to do two classes in one month. He worked so hard and had to read quite a bit. He was off dish duty for the month, as I wanted him to focus on school. It's been quite some time since he's been in school and I know he was nervous, but I knew it would all come back to him.
My wonderful husband received his grades and he got two A's...yes that is right I am married to an A student and I am sooooo proud of him. Where can I find one of those bummer stickers that says "My husband is an A student at ASU". We will be putting that on the back of Tyrone! :)

And while I am writing let me just say this....
Education is so important, I was taught by my parents that it doesn't matter what you do as long as you have your education. I know Zac was taught the same thing, but sometimes when we are young we think we know better than our parents. Zac gave up school due to his desire to give all he had into his band, Miso. He is very musically talented but as life has it's way with us he was blessed with little Alexander, which changed his life. Music and school had to take the back seat, his first responsibility was to get a full time job that would give him and Alexander insurance. Since getting married we have talked about education. I feel like it isn't so much what you study as it is that you feel that accomplishment and pride that come from putting in the time and effort. I remember walking across the stage receiving my diploma and it's a great feeling of accomplishment. I feel that Zac deserves to know what that feeling is like. He can accomplish anything, as he has both his Father's intelligence and his mother's thought process. He is going to succeed in school, he deserves to feel that accomplishment in his life.

Here is Zac and his band, Miso playing on Halloween. He loves his kind of music...I would just like to understand it. :)

He didn't "receive" A grades, he "EARNED" them! Congrats, Zac!
