Spring is in the air
Spring is in the air...I have beautiful tulips in my living room blooming (thank you Mom and Dad L), lovely daisey's on my kitchen counter (thank you brother Richard and Julie), and sweet smelling flowers in my bedroom. I wish I could get the energy to put up the easter decorations...but maybe this year they will have to come out on EASTER. :) It's warmer than I like, but it is beautiful and I feel blessed. Alexander is growing up to be such a good helper and he wants to be a big brother so badly. He will have to have patience but I am glad that he is looking foward to this duty one day. It's hard to believe that Zac and I have our birthdays right around the corner....where does the time go?

LIQUID DIET
Have I lost weight...yep, 5 pounds in three days...but then again who wouldn't!!!
Last night, I was making Alexander his lunch for school and I took a bite of the cheap white bread (yes, it's got the whole wheat nutrient) but it tasted like HEAVEN! Don't worry I stopped at one small bite.
I cry inside for food...but a girl has got to shrink her liver...so...I drink. CHEERS!

Zac going to the Mesa Temple
Zac went to the Mesa Temple on January 8th. It was a wonderful experience for him and spiritual moment for us. I feel so blessed to have my husband, he's amazing!

Alexander reading his scriptures...
I was talking to my Mom on the phone, and Alexander wanted my attention. I am trying to teach him not to interrupt. So finally he decided to pass the time by reading his new scripture story book. I was so proud of him as I listened to him read, I ran upstairs and grabbed the camera. Of course, I took too long so when I came down with the camera he was tired and didn't want to read anymore. I had to beg him...but he did it.
1st I am proud of our little one, because as much as I want to give him credit for us teaching him how to read...he really did it on his own. I can thank Kerstin and Gary for giving Alexander their smart genes.
2nd I am proud that he likes his new Bible scripture stories, and I know it's helping him understand our Heavenly Father and Jesus.
