Today Zac had a custody court case to gain sole custody of our little one "Alexander". We have been really struggling to make this happen as we both feel so strongly about this.
I am happy to report that many fasts and prayers have been answered as Crystal (Alexander's Mom) went to court and told the Judge she was just their to grant Zac sole custody if we would drop the child support (which she never paid before). We know she still can go back on her word, but we pray that with the Judge and Zac's attorney as witnesses this will be over with and all the paper work will be signed and we can be a happy family. :)
I can't tell you how grateful we are for all of those that have been such a huge support to us during all this stuff.
Thank you Thank you, as your prayers were heard.
:)

It's going to happen...so should I announce it???

Is it only official if you only have a ring on your finger?
I know we have the ring (at least I'm pretty sure, I mean the money isn't in the acct. anymore) and I have money down on a dress so I am 99.99% sure this is going to happen.
So.....
I am happy to un-officially announce that Zachariah B. Lorenzen and I are getting married!!!
We are still working on the date, so those of you that would like to join in on this celebration can keep the month of Sept and Oct open... :) I know that all of you will come to know Zac and Alexander and love them as much as I do. I could not ask for a better partner who supports me and gives me so much happiness. I feel so blessed and I know that Heavenly Father prepared this for me and I have comfort and peace in knowing that he really does know us better than we know ourselves.
I promise to give more detail as soon as he actually asks ! :)

Alexander's 4th Birthday Celebration
Here is Alexander on his Birthday getting ready to take cupcakes to school. He's not a morning person... :)

When we came home from work we all went out with one of Alexander's friend, Brady. We spent the evening at the Organ Stop Pizza Parlor. It was fun and Alexander loved getting Brady's present, a Light Savor! :)

South Honeyman Group - Memorial Day Weekend
Another great Memorial Day Weekend trip to our very own "Honeyman - South". A HUGE thank you to Cousins Craig and Susan Brown. We love them so much and they give so freely. Here are a few of our favorite pictures and I will put up some more pictures and movie clips later.

Alexander was so excited to find this Darth Vador hat that made your voice sound like him too.

He also loved the race track and the wii...but that is not shown

My Favorite Boys
I know, you will probably just think I am in love...and well...I am...but look at these two cute boys. Who wouldn't be in love with these two cute faces.

Let me just brag about what my cute man does for me. Last night he did my clean dishes, listened to me cry as I felt frustrated over little things of life, made dinner, said the prayer on dinner, did the dirty dishes, picked out a DVD for us to watch, kissed me in the wind storm (it's very romantic), and just made me feel secure and happy.
I feel blessed!

Birthday Cake Gathering
I love cake...I love birthdays, weddings, and any excuse to eat cake. So when I decided I needed to have a Birthday gathering it only seemed reasonable to have a "Birthday Cake Gathering". Let me just say that my Mother and I worked on two of the cakes, and I don't want to brag but I was "in love"....
Red Velvet Cake with White Chocolate Cream Cheese frosting (Mother found this recipe for the frosting. It was good but we decided to add a few of our own little things)
and
White cake with lemon curd filling and butter cream frosting (This one was my personal favorite) my friend Karin Gonda has perfected this "lemon curd" recipe and it's to die for!!!
and
My friend Elizabeth was very kind and generous to make a peanut butter chocolate cake. (Thank you Elizabeth!)
It was a great way to celebrate my Birthday and I was very happy.
